Driving North on Tamiami Trail, Castello Drive will be just north of Neapolitan Way on the right side (East side of 41). Once you see Tire Kingdom and the vacant corner lot, look for the CASTELLO PROFESSIONAL CENTER SIGN. Driving South on Tamiami Trail, Castello Drive will be just south of Pine Ridge Road on the left side (East side of 41).
